Belgium-based document processing service provider, Input For You, has partnered with Netcall, a leading provider of AI-powered automation and customer engagement solutions, to enhance the speed and accuracy of document handling in the insurance sector.
The collaboration addresses the growing demand for AI integration and faster, more precise document processing in insurance, according to FF News.
By leveraging Netcall’s Liberty IDP, Input For You has significantly reduced the average wait time for payback claims from 20 days to under four, achieving straight-through processing (STP) rates of 70-80% for certain documents, with some reaching up to 95%.
Before implementing Liberty IDP, Input For You relied on a labour-intensive document processing system. A team of 200 data entry employees manually entered information using a dual-entry system, where two individuals input the same content, with discrepancies resolved manually.
Additional staff were required for handling paper-based processes such as receiving, preparing, and scanning documents. A further 15 developers maintained internal systems.
With the introduction of Liberty IDP, Input For You has significantly optimised its operations. AI-driven automation has reduced reliance on manual processing, allowing employees to focus on higher-value tasks.
This has enabled the company to scale its services, handle more customers, and take on larger contracts.
Today, Input For You achieves an impressive 99.5% accuracy rate using Netcall’s IDP technology. The company has also helped Belgium’s largest health insurer transition from 100% paper-based customer correspondence a decade ago to a 92% digital format.
