RevTech Labs has announced the launch of its 22nd accelerator cohort, designed to boost innovation across the FinTech and InsurTech sectors.

The new class features 14 startups—three international and four from North Carolina—with 57% of founders identifying as Traditionally Underrepresented (TURF), reinforcing the company’s mission to drive equitable access to venture funding, according to FF News.

Through its accelerator programme, the organisation helps startups navigate the financial landscape by offering resources, mentorship, and exposure to investors and industry leaders.

The selection followed a rigorous process, engaging over 26,000 companies and narrowing down from more than 315 applications.

The accelerator culminates in a final pitch session during Fintech + Insurtech Generations 2025, held on 11–12 June at the UNC Charlotte Dubois Center in Uptown.

A highlight of this year’s conference will be the debut of the NextGen Startup Expo, a dedicated platform for early-stage FinTech and InsurTech startups outside the accelerator programme.

These startups, equipped with demo-ready products, will have the chance to network with investors, industry experts, and potential partners. Applications for the Expo are currently being accepted on a rolling basis.

The accelerator’s Class 22 includes startups working across artificial intelligence, RegTech, lending, and broader financial services.

Their participation will culminate in a showcase during the Fintech + Insurtech Generations event, where they will demonstrate the solutions developed throughout their time in the programme.

The Fintech + Insurtech Generations conference is widely regarded as the Southeast’s premier innovation gathering in the space, offering a vital platform for exposure, collaboration, and investment opportunities for emerging companies.

RevTech Labs co-founder Dan Roselli said, “Our accelerator is designed to give these founders the best possible support as they scale their ventures, and we couldn’t be more excited to see them pitch at the conference and succeed beyond the program.”

Sara Garces Roselli, co-founder of RevTech Labs, added, “We’re thrilled to introduce the NextGen Startup Expo this year. This addition provides emerging startups with unprecedented access to industry experts, investors, and potential partners, reinforcing our mission to drive innovation at all levels of the fintech ecosystem.”
