The partnership connects Applied’s network of insurance agencies and brokers directly with Certificial’s vendor compliance ecosystem.
This collaboration aims to digitise and simplify the COI issuance and vendor compliance processes. Through the integration, Applied customers can manage COI requests from within Applied Epic, eliminating the need for manual uploads and interactions with third-party portals. The result is improved service delivery and greater operational efficiency for agencies.
Certificial’s platform uses real-time data to verify insurance coverage, ensuring continuous compliance. Applied Systems, recognised for its innovative insurance automation solutions, supports agencies and brokers across the US, Canada, Ireland, and the UK. Through this partnership, Certificial users benefit from improved visibility into vendors’ insurance statuses, while Applied’s customers experience centralised, automated workflows that support risk reduction and vendor transparency. The integration also enhances vendor credibility, helping stakeholders build trust more quickly.
The opt-in integration will be available to users of Applied Epic from early July. Further details will be made available on Certificial’s website to guide agencies through the enablement process.
