Swatton brings over 15 years of experience in the Asian IPMI market, with a proven track record of building high-performing commercial teams. He previously held senior leadership positions at Bupa, including head of commercial sales and head of client management. His background also includes roles as business development director and general manager for a regional insurance broker in Hong Kong.
