The partnership is designed to accelerate the deployment of secure conversational AI in underwriting, policy servicing, and customer engagement. OpenDialog’s inclusion in the Insurtech Vanguards programme reflects the growing need for innovative InsurTech solutions that not only scale efficiently but also meet strict compliance standards.

Its AI agents are tailored to support the entire customer journey—from quoting to claims—while complying with regulatory frameworks and internal governance policies.
