SUPERAGENT AI to launch AI-powered insurance revolution

SUPERAGENT AI, a San Francisco–based InsurTech innovator, has announced plans to launch the world’s first fully autonomous AI Insurance Agent by the end of 2025.

SUPERAGENT AI, a San Francisco–based InsurTech innovator, has announced plans to launch the world’s first fully autonomous AI Insurance Agent by the end of 2025.

The company says the reason for the new product is to redefine what it means to be an insurance agent, with the AI capable of delivering advisory, sales, and customer service more efficiently than traditional human agents.

SUPERAGENT AI believes its technology will outperform human agents in accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction, warning that without adaptation, traditional roles could face obsolescence within a year.

It develops AI-driven platforms designed to improve sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer engagement for insurance professionals.

By combining machine learning, real-time data processing, and intelligent automation, the company aims to deliver tools that both enhance and eventually replace manual agent tasks.

The upcoming AI Insurance Agent will be capable of managing all aspects of insurance operations around the clock. It is designed to eliminate human error, provide superior client interactions, and establish a new industry standard for service delivery.

Ahead of this launch, the company will debut two interim products—BOOT|camp and LIVE|assist—in September 2025.

These platforms aim to help human agents integrate AI into their workflow while achieving immediate performance gains.

Features include AI-driven training, real-time call support, automated objection handling, compliance alerts, and intelligent client prompts. The tools are expected to reduce new-hire training time by up to 50%, increase close rates by double digits, and cut average call times significantly.

SUPERAGENT AI also envisions a future where one human professional manages multiple AI Insurance Agents, increasing productivity and enabling agents to move from direct sales roles into strategic management positions. Industry analysts expect the shift to generate substantial disruption and debate across the insurance ecosystem.

The company has invited stakeholders to engage in dialogue around the potential impacts and opportunities.

Milan Veskovic, CEO of SUPERAGENT AI, said, “We’re not just reshaping insurance; we’re redefining what it means to be an insurance agent. Our fully autonomous AI agents will eliminate human error, offer superior client interactions 24/7, and fundamentally alter industry expectations.”

Clark A. Fisher, district manager, Farmers Insurance, said, “We’ve seen firsthand how BOOT|camp and LIVE|assist improve sales conversion, lead to faster onboarding, better objection handling, and ultimately more confident producers. If this is just the beginning, I can’t imagine how agencies will compete without AI agents in the future.”

CTO Vadym Shashkov said, “We’re laying the technological foundation today with tools that agents can leverage immediately. BOOT|camp and LIVE|assist aren’t just stepping stones, they’re powerful platforms that allow agents to enhance their current capabilities, augment performance, and smoothly transition into managing AI agents of the future.”
