AdvantageGo, a leader in intelligent SaaS-based software solutions, has launched version 3.0 of its Underwriting Workbench platform.
The latest release is designed to strengthen the company’s footprint across the property and casualty (P&C) insurance markets in EMEA and North America.
The move comes as part of AdvantageGo’s mission to modernise and simplify the underwriting process for insurers navigating increasingly complex risk environments.
The new platform aims to enhance efficiency, data intelligence, and collaboration across underwriting teams, enabling a smarter, more connected workflow.
Underwriting Workbench v3.0 transforms traditional pre-bind underwriting tools into an intelligent business management platform.
It introduces a non-linear workflow architecture, enabling underwriters to dynamically navigate cases, reduce operational bottlenecks, and make faster, more informed decisions.
The platform leverages AI and analytics to provide data-driven insights that enhance risk selection and portfolio performance.
The updated system integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams, creating a more collaborative environment for underwriting professionals.
It includes real-time document sharing, automated notifications, and embedded discussions, ensuring continuous alignment among stakeholders.
Version 3.0 also introduces four dedicated user modes—Action, Performance, Manager, and Admin—each tailored to specific user roles within the insurance hierarchy. This modular approach provides targeted interfaces for operations, IT, senior management, and underwriting teams, delivering a more intuitive and focused experience.
By extending its reach into the North American market, AdvantageGo is tailoring its platform to meet the distinct demands of U.S. and Canadian P&C insurers. This marks a strategic move for the company as it continues to promote underwriting digitisation and operational excellence across global insurance hubs.
AdvantageGo vice president Lee Williams said, “We’ve reimagined the entire underwriting process with Underwriting Workbench v3.0, moving beyond linear workflows and basic administration, to create a truly intelligent system that adapts to how underwriters actually work.”
He added, “The insurance industry has long been constrained by legacy systems that force underwriters into rigid processes. Underwriting Workbench v3.0 recognises that modern underwriting requires flexibility, intelligence, and collaboration. We’ve built a platform that works the way underwriters think.”
