The launch of the Zurich AI Lab comes as part of Zurich’s strategy to accelerate its AI capabilities, addressing the growing demand for smarter, more efficient solutions in the insurance sector and enhancing customer experiences across markets, according to Insurance Business Mag.

The lab will be staffed by a multidisciplinary team of PhD and master’s students, working under the supervision of Zurich executives and university professors.
