Cytora, a leading digital risk processing platform for commercial insurance, has announced a strategic partnership with Fenris to embed predictive intelligence directly into commercial risk workflows, transforming how insurers evaluate and underwrite risk.

The partnership will see Fenris’s predictive intelligence and real-time data integrated within Cytora’s digital risk processing platform, according to FF News.

This integration enables commercial insurers to access Fenris’s proprietary data and predictive models seamlessly within their workflows.

The goal is to empower insurers to move from reactive risk evaluation to proactive underwriting, improving both speed and decision accuracy while maintaining profitability.

Through this integration, incoming submissions on the Cytora platform will be automatically enriched with Fenris’s data, including business classifications, firmographics, financial health, and predictive risk assessments.

This data fusion enhances underwriting efficiency, improves risk control, and delivers a more seamless experience for both insurers and their customers.

The partnership also supports Cytora’s broader mission to build one of the most comprehensive data ecosystems for commercial insurance. Cytora continues to integrate agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into its platform to enhance explainability, automation, and overall performance.

Cytora COO Juan de Castro said, “Speed and accuracy are critical to profitable growth in commercial insurance. Our partnership with Fenris seamlessly embeds predictive intelligence and real-time data into the risk workflow. This integration accelerates application processing through effective pre-fill and empowers underwriters to triage risks faster and make better-informed decisions, grounded in rich external data.”

Fenris CEO and Founder Jennifer Linton said, “This partnership with Cytora reflects a broader shift toward embedding comprehensive data and intelligence across insurance workflows. Together, we’re bringing the powerful combination of enrichment data and AI-assisted workflows to market, helping insurers improve underwriting efficiency and deliver better outcomes.”
