The launch was driven by the organisation’s goal to enhance policy operations, streamline workflows, and strengthen its ability to deliver faster and more accurate services to agents and policyholders nationwide.
Insurity offers cloud-based policy administration, billing, data analytics, and claims solutions to insurers and MGAs, helping them modernise their operations, improve time to market, and increase overall business agility.
The Policy Decisions Evolution platform is designed to automate policy administration, accelerate quoting processes, and reduce operational bottlenecks. For N2G, the system supports end-to-end policy functions across all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
Additional benefits introduced through the deployment include reduced cycle times, increased automation for endorsements, and strengthened decision-making through improved data visibility. These enhancements have created a more scalable and efficient operational foundation for N2G’s ongoing growth strategy.
N2G was recently recognised as the Policy Transformation Champion at Insurity’s Excellence in Insurance 2025 conference. The award celebrates organisations that significantly elevate policy administration capabilities and accelerate speed-to-market through modern technology adoption.
