HawkSoft, a long-standing provider of agency management systems for insurance professionals, has formed a strategic partnership with Liberate, an AI automation firm dedicated to building voice-driven tools specifically for the insurance sector.
The collaboration aims to expand automation capabilities for agencies seeking to modernise service and client engagement.
It will offer insurance agencies access to Liberate’s Voice AI directly within HawkSoft’s management system, enabling automated service, quoting, and call routing. The integration is designed to help agencies close more business, deliver faster client support, and reduce operational costs.

Its platform serves as the central operational hub for many independent agencies, and the new integration allows Liberate’s AI capabilities to function seamlessly within day-to-day processes.
Through the integration, agencies can now automate a significant portion of front-line interactions.
They can access 24/7 call automation in English and Spanish, benefit from real-time client identification using HawkSoft data, and route calls directly to the appropriate CSR or producer. Agencies can also use the system regardless of their existing phone infrastructure, as no advanced technical setup is required.
The solution logs and transcribes conversations directly into HawkSoft for compliance and oversight, reducing missed calls and hold times. Agencies can quickly respond to routine queries and free their teams to focus on more complex, high-value client conversations.
