Gulf States Insurance Group, a US insurance provider, has partnered with insured.io, a cloud-based, omnichannel customer engagement platform for insurance organisations, to advance its digital transformation initiatives.

Gulf States Insurance Group, a US insurance provider, has partnered with insured.io, a cloud-based, omnichannel customer engagement platform for insurance organisations, to advance its digital transformation initiatives.

The insurer has implemented the insured.io Customer Engagement Platform, featuring tools such as Insured Portal, Ivy IVR, Mortgagee Verification IVR, Outbound Retention Notifications, and a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims solution, according to FF News. 

These self-service features allow policyholders to access insurance information anytime, on any device, while streamlining service operations. Gulf States has also deployed insured.io Insights, which leverages customer data to continuously enhance the policyholder experience.

The platform integrates seamlessly with Gulf States’ existing policy system and payment processor, providing real-time data synchronisation across all channels. By adopting insured.io, Gulf States aims to improve policyholder satisfaction, increase retention, reduce service costs, and optimise claims handling.

Gulf States Insurance Group’s deployment of insured.io reflects its focus on delivering a modern, efficient, and intuitive customer experience across its brands, Gulf States and Coastal American. The solution empowers customers to manage their insurance digitally while supporting Gulf States’ broader growth strategy.
