Aon, the global professional services and insurance brokerage firm, has expanded its Claims Copilot platform across North America, Asia Pacific and several countries in the EMEA region as part of a wider push to strengthen data-led claims management capabilities.
The rollout follows an initial pilot launched in November 2025 and marks the next phase in the company’s broader investment in analytics and technology tools across its Commercial Risk business.
Aon Claims Copilot combines claims data and analytics within a single platform designed to support more transparent and consistent claims management. The company said the system enables claims professionals to access real-time insights, automate parts of the claims handling process and provide clients with greater visibility across the lifecycle of a claim.
The platform forms part of Aon’s wider technology strategy, alongside tools including Aon Broker Copilot and its Risk Analyzers and Diagnostics suite. According to the company, Claims Copilot is now being used by its global claims workforce of around 1,800 professionals operating across more than 50 countries and supporting over 20 insurance product lines.
Aon said the expansion consolidates a significant proportion of its claims management information into a single globally connected platform. The technology is intended to improve coordination between claims teams while supporting data-driven decision-making for clients managing increasingly complex risk exposures.
Among the platform’s capabilities are real-time dashboards that provide visibility into claims trends and portfolio performance, tools to assess insurer performance and digital access features that allow clients to track claims progress directly. The company also said automation within the platform is designed to improve speed, consistency and accuracy across claims workflows.
The technology helps generate insights that can support placement decisions, negotiations with carriers and broader risk management strategies.
Aon CEO of Risk Capital Joe Peiser said, “Aon Claims Copilot represents our continued commitment to deliver better information, advice and solutions to clients through technology.
“By integrating these capabilities into how we manage claims, we are equipping our colleagues to deliver more consistent outcomes, identify trends earlier and help clients make better decisions across their risk and capital strategies.”
Aon global chief claims officer for Commercial Risk Mona Barnes said, “Expert advocacy combined with leading analytics gives our clients enhanced visibility and control over their claims.
“As we expand the platform globally, we are improving coordination across teams, strengthening collaboration and creating a more connected, data-driven claims experience.”
The company said it plans to continue expanding Claims Copilot into additional EMEA and Latin American markets over the coming months as it increases investment in technology and analytics capabilities across its global operations.
