Kayna, an embedded insurance distribution platform headquartered in Cork, Ireland, has been accepted into the Guidewire InsurTech Vanguards programme, run by property and casualty (P&C) cloud platform provider Guidewire.
The programme is designed to help insurers understand the latest InsurTechs and how best to utilise their technology. It brings together a select group of startups and technology providers developing novel solutions for the P&C industry. As part of the initiative, Guidewire offers strategic guidance to participating InsurTechs and connects them with its broader P&C customer community.
Kayna was selected as one of five finalists at InsurPitch Dublin 2026, where it was awarded a win by a panel of industry experts. As a result, the company will represent Ireland and Europe on stage before more than 3,000 industry leaders, investors and media at Guidewire Connections in Las Vegas later this year.
Kayna’s platform sits between vertical SaaS providers, brokers, MGAs and carriers, drawing on the business data already held within SaaS platforms to deliver relevant, tailored insurance at the point of need. The company says this creates a seamless experience for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and opens up new distribution and revenue opportunities for SaaS partners.
