Zurich Advisor IQ brings AI coaching to F&I managers

Zurich U.S., one of America’s leading providers of property and casualty insurance and finance and insurance (F&I) solutions for auto dealers, has unveiled Zurich Advisor IQ, an AI-powered coaching platform designed to sharpen dealership performance and consistency.

The platform records, monitors and analyses F&I conversations, delivering transaction insights in as little as 15 minutes. It generates personalised coaching scenarios based on real performance gaps, targeting skills such as needs analysis, menu presentation and customer engagement.

The tool aims to equip F&I managers with the capability to hold more effective customer conversations whilst ensuring buyers receive the product information needed to reach informed purchasing decisions.

Zurich Advisor IQ additionally offers visibility into both individual and dealership-wide metrics, including PVR, PPD and utilisation, enabling data-driven feedback. The platform continuously learns from new transaction data, aligning its training to how individual dealerships operate.

Dealer data is safeguarded through consent workflows built in for required states. Dealerships that have already adopted the platform report measurable improvements in key performance indicators following sustained use, with F&I professionals noting greater confidence, stronger customer engagement and clearer insight into areas for development, it said.

The broader capabilities of the platform are designed to help dealerships strengthen F&I coaching through objective, data-backed insights; deliver consistent execution across every deal and location; identify behaviours and trends affecting results; accelerate onboarding for new F&I managers; and enhance the overall customer experience.
