Everest Reinsurance has announced the appointment of Mayur Doshi as head of North America treaty casualty.
Doshi, who joined Everest in 2019 as vice president of U.S. treaty casualty, brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
He previously worked at The Navigators Group, where he oversaw treaty and facultative reinsurance purchasing across long-tail lines of business.
He also spent over a decade at Odyssey Reinsurance Company, serving as senior casualty and facultative underwriter.
His career includes significant roles at Swiss Re and other major firms. Doshi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Connecticut and serves as a director on the Intermediaries & Reinsurance Underwriters Association (IRUA) board.
