London-based InsurTech provider Optalitix has partnered with SortSpoke in a bid to enhance the underwriting efficiency for insurers.
The move will combine Optalitix’s cloud-based underwriting and pricing tools with SortSpoke’s AI-powered data extraction to enable insurers to process, analyse, and act on critical data with unprecedented speed and accuracy.
This will enable underwriters to integrate submission data into pricing models instantly, eliminating the need for custom-coded solutions or manual processing of emails and attachments, allowing insurers to generate quotes faster and with improved accuracy.
Previously, insurers using SortSpoke were required to manually incorporate extracted data into their underwriting platforms.
This partnership removes that friction by automating the entire process—offering seamless integration and enabling insurers to scale operations, manage increased submission volumes, and reduce costs.
