Sapiens International Corporation, a global provider of software solutions for the insurance industry has partnered with Absa Life to accelerate the firm’s digital transformation using the Sapiens Insurance Platform.
The collaboration marks a significant milestone in Absa Life’s long-term modernisation strategy. By implementing Sapiens’ suite of insurance solutions, Absa Life aims to simplify its core systems, improve customer engagement, and support its digital growth initiatives.
Absa Life selected the Sapiens CoreSuite for Life & Pensions as the backbone of its transformation efforts. The deployment will streamline legacy systems and enhance operational efficiency. In addition, Sapiens DigitalSuite will bolster Absa’s multichannel distribution approach by enabling “deep linking” with Salesforce. Sapiens DataSuite will provide unified data management across the new and existing systems, laying the groundwork for improved business intelligence and real-time insights powered by AI.
