Sprout.ai’s AI solution is designed to improve turnaround time and accuracy by automating claims workflows.
It integrates directly into insurers’ systems and delivers fast, consistent decision-making while preserving the human element of empathy. The success of an initial rollout in Latin America has already demonstrated notable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, prompting the extended partnership.
MetLife operates in over 40 countries and is one of the largest global providers of insurance and financial services. The company’s core offering spans life, health, accident, and employee benefits insurance, catering to individuals and businesses.
Sprout.ai, founded in the UK, leverages artificial intelligence and natural language processing to help insurers automate claims in real-time. Its platform extracts, enhances and analyses claims data from multiple sources, providing accurate decisions with minimal human input.
The collaboration will now expand beyond Latin America, with additional deployments planned in various regions over the coming months. By combining MetLife’s global scale and deep industry knowledge with Sprout.ai’s technology, the firms hope to set a new standard in digital claims handling across international markets.
