OpenDialog, an AI Agent platform built to transform insurance customer journeys, has partnered with Durell, a leading insurance software provider, to embed artificial intelligence into broker workflows and streamline the quoting process.
The collaboration, which also involves Movo Partnership, aims to enhance efficiency, compliance and speed across the insurance e-trade ecosystem, according to FF News.
By integrating OpenDialog’s AI Agent Solution into Quote Portal, Durell and Movo’s e-trade marketplace, the move is set to deliver faster, more efficient, and fully compliant broker experiences, representing a significant step toward the next generation of digital insurance trading.
The integration of OpenDialog’s technology will form part of Durell 2.0 — the upcoming relaunch of its Policy Administration System (PAS), fully integrated with Quote Portal and expected to launch in 2026.
The solution promises to streamline migration for brokers, allowing them to move books of business to Quote Portal easily and without the need for costly data imports.
The AI-driven process also ensures that data quality and compliance remain high, reflecting the regulatory standards expected within the insurance industry.
