Residents of Abu Dhabi can now renew their vehicle insurance and complete car registrations entirely online, thanks to a new collaboration between Shory, a leading digital insurance platform, and TAMM 4.0, the Abu Dhabi Government Services Platform.
The service uses artificial intelligence to simplify essential vehicle-related tasks, allowing users to arrange inspections, renew insurance, and register cars through a single, secure process verified by the government, according to FF News.
Available via the TAMM app or website, the AI-driven platform enables transactions to be completed in seconds by connecting directly with Shory systems to confirm inspection, insurance, and registration details in real time.
“This partnership with TAMM marks a significant step in simplifying digital insurance renewals for residents. By integrating the government’s leading AI-powered platform, we’re making insurance simpler, faster, and fully online. Together, we’re redefining how citizens experience essential services in a smarter, more connected UAE,” said Aoun Al Smadi, CEO of Shory UAE.
The integration leverages TAMM 4.0’s innovative features, including AutoGov and Single Prompt. AutoGov allows customers to pre-authorise recurring transactions so renewals happen automatically on their due date.
Single Prompt enables residents to complete an entire service with a single natural-language instruction, such as “renew my Lincoln car insurance with third-party cover,” with the system verifying and processing the transaction instantly.
