Mutakamela Insurance selects Neutrinos to power digital platform

Neutrinos, a leading provider of AI-powered automation technology for insurers, has been selected by Mutakamela Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), to develop a new digital platform for SME Health and Motor insurance services.

The platform is designed to support policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, servicing and claims, and is intended to offer a more seamless experience for customers and partners alike, according to FF News.

The move comes as Saudi Arabia’s insurance industry undergoes rapid growth following the Council of Health Insurance’s (CHI) introduction of mandatory health coverage for domestic workers. Rising expectations for speed, simplicity and digital access are prompting insurers to modernise their systems.

According to the companies, customers and partners will see improvements such as instant quote generation, automated policy issuance, real-time claims tracking and streamlined workflows across direct and aggregator channels. The system will be powered by Neutrinos’ end-to-end orchestration capabilities, Straight-Through Processing (STP) and AI-assisted operations.
