Pro Global, a leading advisor in the specialist insurance sector, has launched its own Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) registered law firm, to manage complex claims litigation.

The new venture is designed to handle litigated disease and illness claims, as well as abuse claims, within the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

Led by Jonathan Richards, an experienced solicitor and Managing Director of Pro Legal, the firm will manage all stages of complex exposure-based employer/public liability, disease, illness, and abuse claims. Pro Global said the launch will enhance flexibility and efficiency while maintaining client confidentiality and independent legal advice.

Steve Lewis, CEO of Pro Global, said: “The launch of Pro Legal marks a significant step forward in delivering the highest value outcomes for our clients. By taking control of the full legal process, we can ensure greater alignment between pre- and post-litigation strategies, deliver efficiencies, and offer clients more control over their legal spend. We’re focused on streamlining processes, improving indemnity outcomes, and leveraging data to continuously enhance our legal services.”

Jonathan Richards, Managing Director of Pro Legal, added: “Pro Legal represents a more focused, agile, and efficient approach to managing litigation associated with complex insurance claims. One of Pro Legal’s major advantages is the ability to seamlessly integrate data-driven insights into the litigation process, empowering enhanced strategies that reduce litigation rates, improve claim lifecycles, and provide continuous feedback from the litigation experience to pre-litigation teams. Working with our experienced team of legal experts and providing direct oversight of all claims and a robust monitoring framework, empowers clients to make informed decisions, optimising their claims management and ensuring the highest standards of service at every stage.”

Pro Legal will focus on streamlining legacy claims and removing the inefficiencies often associated with multiple layers of processes. Pro Global said the new structure is designed to improve indemnity outcomes for clients while working alongside its existing panel of legal advisors to enhance efficiency and strategic alignment.
