Zurich UK has appointed Paul Norcott as its new UK operations director, the insurer announced on Monday.
In his new role, Norcott will oversee operations across multiple areas, including information governance, financial crime, business and supplier resilience, and customer operations. He will also join the UK Executive Committee with immediate effect.
Norcott joins Zurich from a career spanning several major financial institutions, including Tesco Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, The Co-operative Bank, Barclaycard, Bank of America, and American Express. He joined Zurich in 2024.
