Connie Health, an AI-native Medicare navigation platform, has completed the acquisition and integration of Clearlink’s Medicare business, backed by a $40m Series B financing round.
The funding round was led by HealthQuest Capital, with participation from JSL Capital alongside existing investors Khosla Ventures, aMoon, and Pitango HealthTech. The latest raise brings Connie Health’s total funding to $85m, bolstering its balance sheet and providing the financial flexibility to pursue further acquisitions aimed at driving long-term national growth.
The Clearlink deal marks Connie Health’s tenth completed acquisition and demonstrates the company’s ability to use its AI-native technology platform to integrate and scale large books of business.
Beyond helping consumers navigate Medicare, Connie Health is also expanding its role as a strategic partner to Accountable Care Organizations, health systems, and risk-bearing provider groups. By connecting Medicare beneficiaries to suitable health plans earlier and with greater precision, the company aims to help value-based care partners improve member attribution, close coverage gaps, and support quality metrics that underpin performance in risk-based contracts.
