This collaboration highlights the industry’s shift towards digital payment solutions and away from traditional cheque reimbursements. One Inc, already facilitating over $51bn in payments annually for more than 240 insurance carriers, continues to be a game changer in the digital payments realm.
Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, Safety offers a comprehensive suite of property and casualty insurance products and operates solely in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. In pursuit of industry-leading efficiency and user-friendly business conduct, Safety has opted for One Inc’s ClaimsPay solution to refine its entire claims disbursement process.
With the incorporation of One Inc’s ClaimsPay platform, Safety customers are now offered the flexibility to receive digital payments through widely used platforms like Venmo and PayPal, along with direct payment options. By integrating mobile and web platforms, Safety aims to upgrade its customer claims experience by employing familiar mobile technology.
