Veruna bags $10m Series B to revolutionise InsurTech innovation

Veruna, the pioneering agency management system developed natively on Salesforce’s eminent CRM platform, has unveiled a triumphant Series B fundraising round.

The fundraising drive, amassing approximately $10m, attracted prestigious venture capitalists including Berkley Ventures, Guidewire Software, the Institutes, and CoVerica Insurance. Additionally, the injection of capital is bolstered by the continuous backing of seasoned stakeholders such as Keystone Insurers Group and EMC Insurance.

Veruna stands out with its avant-garde platform that combines predictive analytics with the convenience of no-code configurability. The system, known as Customer360, is tailored to amplify revenue, enhance efficiency, and enrich the customer experience. Through this integrated system, insurance agents can efficiently transition their attention from routine administrative tasks to offering critical client advisory services.

The fresh injection of funds is earmarked to expedite Veruna’s product innovation and kindle growth in pivotal domains, encompassing engineering, sales, marketing, and fortifying customer success.

In light of the insurance sector’s renewed appreciation for Salesforce and CRM tools, Veruna’s timing and positioning appear impeccable. Their commitment goes beyond mere technology; it’s a discerning investment to amplify the effectiveness and efficiency of insurance agencies.

Veruna CEO Jennifer Carroll remarked, “We’re thrilled by the significant support from industry leaders. This funding gives us the fuel to push our vision forward and revolutionise the insurance sector.”

Echoing the enthusiasm for Veruna’s potential, Clare Tokeim from Berkley Ventures opined, “Given the insurance industry’s recent embrace of Salesforce and CRM tools, Veruna couldn’t be better positioned. This isn’t just tech—it’s a strategic investment in making insurance agencies more effective and efficient.”

This Series B fundraising complements Veruna’s ongoing journey, having previously benefited from the trust and financial backing of Keystone Insurers Group and EMC Insurance.
