Novidea, creator of the pioneering cloud-based, data-driven enterprise insurance management platform, has announced that Daniela Krispin will take up the role of VP, Research & Development.

In her new role, Krispin will spearhead the company’s R&D efforts, driving innovation initiatives, implementing advanced technologies such as AI, and nurturing a product-centric and agile organisational culture.

The move marks another significant addition to Novidea’s technology leadership roster, following a string of strategic appointments made by the company over the past year.

Notable among these are Erez Nassim, who assumed the role of CTO, and Ido Peled, who joined as SVP Product. Through the strategic recruitment of top-tier talent, Novidea is enhancing its standing as a prominent figure in the global InsurTech sector.

Specialising in SaaS products, data, and AI systems, Krispin has previously held senior technology positions at Amdocs, serving as Head of AI & Data, and later as VP of R&D at Seebo. Her leadership at Seebo was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, building multidisciplinary teams, and enhancing product architecture. Following Seebo’s acquisition by Augury, Krispin assumed the role of VP of R&D for the acquiring company.

Erez Nissim, CTO at Novidea, spoke enthusiastically on the appointment. “Global insurance market companies are rapidly embracing digital innovation to remain competitive. Daniela’s extensive experience as a VP R&D will help us to continue solidifying our position at the forefront of the InsurTech market and guiding companies in the insurance market through the fastest route to digital transformation, explained Nissim.

Daniela Crispin, VP R&D at Novidea, added, “I joined Novidea because of its vision to lead the digital revolution in the insurance industry. I am particularly drawn to the capabilities of its advanced data-driven platform to make a profound impact on the workflows of insurance companies globally and improve their performance. I am excited to collaborate with our talented teams across our global offices and lead the company into the next generation of data-driven solutions.”
