The integration between Pacific Life and Selerix aims to streamline benefits administration processes.

By leveraging API technology, the collaboration facilitates seamless data exchange, allowing for real-time updates to benefit administration changes. This integration enhances efficiency and accuracy by reducing manual data entry tasks.

The partnership between Pacific Life and Selerix brings several key advantages. Firstly, benefit changes are reflected in real-time, minimising delays and ensuring accurate information.

Secondly, the integration simplifies the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) process, allowing members to complete EOI online immediately after enrollment with a 99% immediate decision rate.

Finally, the integration provides a single source of truth for benefits data, ensuring consistency from plan creation to renewals.
