Arch Insurance International, a leading insurance company, has announced the appointment of Kirsten Valder as Deputy CEO, effective immediately.
Valder, the newly appointed Deputy CEO of Arch Insurance International, brings a wealth of experience to her new role.
She has been part of the senior leadership team at Arch Insurance International for 10 years, previously serving as Chief Claims Officer until 2021. Valder’s expertise spans claims, legal, human resources, and compliance. Prior to joining Arch, she was a Partner at Kennedys Law LLP.
In her new role, Valder will support the continued development and evolution of Arch Insurance International’s platforms. She will be based in London and will continue to report to Hugh Sturgess, CEO of Arch Insurance International.
