The offering, known as the Insurity Interaction Platform, will be powered by Glia and has been built to meet the evolving demand for seamless, efficient communication channels that can enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
The platform is a cloud-native solution designed to facilitate better interactions between insurance companies and their stakeholders.
It enables underwriters and agents to collaborate efficiently on-screen, enhances communication across various channels (including phone calls, chats, video calls, and SMS), and streamlines the claims process.
The solution is also integrated with Insurity’s existing solutions for policy, billing, and claims management, offering a comprehensive digital experience.
It is expected that the platform will deliver several notable benefits, including a threefold increase in online policy application conversions, a 20% reduction in call centre average handle time, and a 25% boost in policyholder satisfaction.
