In this role, Cover will establish the future technical vision and roadmap for the organisation’s next phase of growth, according to Insurance Innovation Reporter.

iPipeline, headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania, specialises in delivering innovative solutions that simplify, transform, and connect the life insurance and wealth management industries.

Their mission is to digitally transform these sectors, unlocking speed, efficiency, and growth for all market participants.

Cover will bring over 30 years of experience in leading technology teams and developing technological solutions to advance business strategies to the operation.

His extensive background includes implementing technology visions, transforming software development processes with agile methodologies, and modernising product architectures.

Cover has previously worked with prominent companies such as UKG, Horizon Software International, UnitedHealth Group, Microsoft, and most recently, CentralSquare Technologies, where he defined and executed the company’s technology strategy.

At iPipeline, he will lead the technology team to deliver on the company’s mission to platform the future of financial services. This includes taking carriers, broker-dealers, financial advisors, and agents from slow-moving, manual processes to smart, connected operations that digitally accelerate growth.

Cover will focus on strategically expanding iPipeline’s technological capabilities, enhancing market differentiation, and increasing value to clients by improving quality, delivery, security, and testing.

As part of iPipeline’s executive leadership team, Cover will report directly to CEO Pat O’Donnell. He will join recent hires Chief Product Officer Katie Kahl and Chief Financial Officer Adam Boone in driving the company’s success.
