The collaboration sees AAA Life selecting One Inc’s PremiumPay® solution as its primary digital payment processing platform.
This move is aimed at improving operational efficiency, expanding digital capabilities, and delivering a more user-friendly billing experience for policyholders.
One Inc specialises in digital payment solutions designed specifically for the insurance sector. Its PremiumPay platform enables insurers to offer flexible, secure payment options across various channels, including modern platforms like PayPal and Venmo. This supports insurers in both improving the customer experience and streamlining internal processes.
AAA Life offers a range of life insurance and annuity products, with a focus on helping policyholders protect their financial futures. By adopting PremiumPay, the company aims to reduce its reliance on paper billing and improve its overall service delivery, in line with shifting consumer preferences towards digital-first solutions.
Through this partnership, AAA Life policyholders will be able to make premium payments using a variety of methods, including popular digital wallets and traditional payment models. The integration also supports the insurer’s goal of scaling its operations to meet growing customer demand.
