InsureMO partners Digile on workflow-led insurance modernisation

InsureMO, an insurance middleware platform, and Digile Technologies, a specialist in enterprise workflow transformation, have announced the launch of a jointly developed insurance accelerator aimed at helping insurers modernise operations with lower risk.

InsureMO, an insurance middleware platform, and Digile Technologies, a specialist in enterprise workflow transformation, have announced the launch of a jointly developed insurance accelerator aimed at helping insurers modernise operations with lower risk.

The accelerator is designed to support automation across underwriting and claims without requiring full core system replacement, an approach that continues to present operational and financial risk for many insurers.

By combining InsureMO’s insurance microservices with ServiceNow’s workflow automation, the solution targets gradual, workflow-led modernisation across key business functions.

InsureMO chief revenue officer Rajat Sharma said, “Insurers are under pressure to innovate while managing operational risk. This accelerator brings together InsureMO’s insurance domain and API-led architecture with Digile’s ServiceNow execution capability to help insurers modernize workflows faster and reduce complexity across underwriting and claims.”

InsureMO provides middleware and composable microservices that allow insurers to modernise incrementally rather than replacing core platforms. Its technology supports product configuration, underwriting rules and integration with existing systems, enabling insurers to adapt more quickly to regulatory, market and customer-driven change.

Digile Technologies delivers ServiceNow-based transformation services across consulting, solution design, integrations, platform modernisation, upgrades and managed operations. The company supports insurers with specialist ServiceNow teams and established governance models, focusing on scalable delivery and operational resilience.

Together, the companies say the accelerator enables insurers to streamline product configuration and shorten change cycles, while improving underwriting workflow orchestration and claims operations. The solution is designed to increase visibility across teams and stakeholders, supporting collaboration across traditionally siloed processes.

The accelerator is positioned as a response to common constraints faced by insurers, including slow and costly product and rule updates, fragmented and manual underwriting and claims workflows, inconsistent service experiences and rising operational costs driven by legacy processes. It also addresses the challenge of modernisation programmes being constrained by core system limitations.

According to the companies, the solution supports faster rollout of product and rule changes, end-to-end workflow orchestration rather than isolated fixes, and scalable underwriting and claims operations capable of handling higher volumes. It also offers a unified workflow experience across channels and an extensible model designed to support continuous improvement.

Digile Technologies EVP — ServiceNow Practice Hitesh Sahijwaala said, “Insurers want automation that simplifies operations, not another complex transformation program. This accelerator provides a practical modernization path to connect workflows across underwriting and claims and improve transparency across the process.”
