SUPERAGENT AI, a provider of AI-driven solutions for insurance agencies, has launched a new platform designed to function as a unified autonomous workforce, streamlining communication, quoting and customer engagement.
The offering, known as SUPERAGENT 2.0, marks a shift from standalone AI tools to a fully integrated environment where agencies can manage core workflows within a single system, reducing reliance on multiple tools and legacy infrastructure.
SUPERAGENT AI develops software that combines voice, email, quoting and training tools into one platform, helping agencies automate processes and improve productivity. The latest version expands these capabilities into a more cohesive system aimed at independent agencies.
The platform is structured around five core pillars. Unified AI agents manage inbound and outbound communications, renewals and campaigns, supported by a quality scoring engine that evaluates conversations and identifies cross-sell opportunities. Real-time ACORD quoting enables AI agents to generate application-ready forms directly from phone interactions, using integrations such as EZLynx to apply state-specific logic.
Additional features include managed telephony, allowing agencies to provision compliant phone numbers within the platform, and an email deliverability suite with automated domain setup, sender warming and built-in compliance with regulations such as CAN-SPAM and TCPA. Pre-built workflows support automation across lead generation, renewals, cross-sell campaigns and win-back strategies.
The platform also integrates with scheduling tools including Google, Outlook, Cal.com and Calendly, enabling streamlined lead handling and appointment setting within the same environment.
The launch reflects increasing demand for end-to-end automation in insurance distribution, as agencies seek to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance and scaling customer engagement. Early adopters are using the platform to replace multiple point solutions, consolidating diallers, quoting tools and communication systems into a single interface.
“SUPERAGENT 2.0 allows me to focus my communication efforts with clients and prospects on money-generating activities. The AI agents allow us to increase our inbound and outbound communication without adding hours to my team’s day.” McGinnis Insurance Services owner Andrew McGinnis said.
“With SUPERAGENT 2.0, we are shifting from providing a standalone AI tool to delivering a complete, autonomous workforce platform. Agencies no longer need to bolt AI onto legacy systems. They can now provision compliant phone numbers, warm email domains, and deploy autonomous quoting within a single, unified environment.” SUPERAGENT AI CEO Vlada Lotkina said.
