Zinnia expands Kuvare partnership to speed product launches

Zinnia, a life and annuity technology firm, has broadened its strategic relationship with Kuvare in a move that underpins the carrier’s wider technology agenda.

Under the enlarged agreement, Kuvare will roll out Zahara, Zinnia’s contemporary policy administration system, alongside Zinnia Live, the firm’s digital experience platform. These sit alongside a number of core platforms that support product innovation, digital experiences and operational efficiency throughout Kuvare’s business.

The aim of the deepened engagement is to accelerate product launches, refresh the experiences offered to policyholders and advisors, and create the operational efficiency needed to scale without costs or complexity rising in step.

According to Zinnia, the speed at which a carrier can take a product from concept to market has shifted from being a differentiator to a baseline requirement. The company said the expansion mirrors feedback it receives from carriers more widely, namely that the right platform fundamentally alters how quickly a carrier can innovate, distribute and scale.

Evidence of the collaboration’s impact is already emerging. In April 2026, Kuvare brought Guidepath to market, a new fixed indexed annuity built and deployed on Zahara. The launch marked a notable step in Kuvare’s plan to use the platform as the foundation for future product development.

Zinnia, an Eldridge business, provides technology solutions designed to simplify the life and annuity sector, acting as infrastructure that helps carriers move faster, distributors widen access, advisors build confidence and consumers gain trust. The company is also backed by funds managed by KKR and Vista Credit Partners.

Zinnia chief executive officer George Esposito said, “Carriers today are navigating real pressure with new product demand, distribution complexity, cost efficiency, and the consumer and advisor expectation of a modern digital experience.

“Kuvare has been a long-standing partner, and when carriers have the right technology foundation, they can move faster, serve better, and grow more efficiently. We are proud to be the platform behind Kuvare’s next phase of growth, and excited for what’s ahead.”

Kuvare chief operating officer Carlos Sierra said, “Kuvare has a dynamic and adaptive Operating Model that incorporates several world-class partners with state-of-the-art technology, and Zinnia’s Zahara and Zinnia Live fit perfectly given their market capabilities.

“Integrating those new capabilities into Kuvare’s overall ecosystem is a natural step that expands our relationship with Zinnia as we continue to reduce our product development go-to-market cycle, enhance our delivery efficiency, and provide a better advisor experience with a sharp focus on customer service.”
