ZestyAI, the risk decision platform for the insurance sector, has partnered with Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, the farmer-founded mutual insurer serving rural communities across the state, to strengthen how it approaches regulatory research and market analysis.
Under the agreement, Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual will adopt ZORRO Discover, an agentic AI tool designed to give the insurer clearer visibility into rate, form and competitor filing activity throughout the wider insurance market.
The platform’s AI agents are built specifically for the insurance industry and are capable of searching and interpreting more than 200 million pages of property and casualty rate and form filings collected over a ten-year period. Rather than simply surfacing documents, the system produces cited answers, links individual filings to carrier market share data and continuously absorbs new submissions once they gain approval.
For Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual, the tool is expected to change how quickly its team can act on regulatory intelligence. Tasks such as locating relevant precedent, monitoring competitor behaviour and flagging likely regulatory pushback ahead of a filing, work that previously stretched across several days, can now reportedly be completed within minutes. The insurer expects this to free staff to concentrate more on product design and pricing accuracy for the customers it serves.
