Vertafore, a North American InsurTech, has announced that its Project Impact initiative has delivered on its promise to return up to two hours per day to account managers by streamlining high-volume agency workflows.
The initiative achieved its goal by removing redundant steps, reducing manual work and cutting unnecessary clicks across dozens of everyday servicing tasks, while making key information easier to access.
Among the most notable improvements were performance enhancements to three of the most frequently used servicing workflows — direct bill entry, renew policy and journal entry — which together returned nearly 20 minutes per user each day. For a 100-user agency, that translates to more than 33 hours of additional productive capacity daily.
Project Impact now forms a foundational part of Vertafore’s AgencyOne unified experience, embedding these efficiency gains into a connected platform built to help agencies operate with greater speed, consistency and scale. Vertafore has said it will continue advancing AgencyOne with new AI-powered capabilities aimed at further accelerating agency workflows, with more to be revealed at Accelerate 2026.
Vertafore vice president of product management Vijay Muniswamy said, “Independent agencies are under pressure to do more with the technology and talent they already have.
“Project Impact set out to drive time savings in the workflows agencies rely on most, and our customers are seeing the benefits with more time for clients and activities that drive real value for their business.”
EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants business applications subject matter expert Deni Dryer said, “Project Impact delivered several immediate workflow improvements that translate into real productivity gains—less clicking, fewer interruptions and smoother navigation.”
