Quandri brings AI renewal automation to more North American agencies

Quandri has announced new integrations with Vertafore AMS360 and HawkSoft, expanding access to its AI-powered renewal intelligence platform across two of the most widely used agency management systems in North America.

The integrations extend Quandri’s renewal automation capabilities to thousands of additional independent insurance agencies, complementing the platform’s existing integration with Applied Epic.

By embedding its technology directly within agency management systems, Quandri aims to help agencies streamline one of the most operationally demanding parts of the insurance lifecycle: policy renewals.

The expansion comes as agencies face increasing operational pressure from rising policy volumes, growing complexity and higher customer expectations, while traditional growth strategies based on hiring additional staff become harder to sustain.

Jackson Fregeau, CEO and co-founder of Quandri, said, “AMS360 and HawkSoft agencies represent a huge share of the independent market, and until now, they haven’t had access to what Applied Epic agencies have been using to transform their renewal workflows.

“That changes today. The agencies that will win the next decade are the ones building operations that scale without adding headcount, and we’re committed to making that possible for as many firms as possible.”

Renewals remain one of the most labour-intensive processes for agencies, with much of the work still handled manually. Quandri’s platform automates this process by analysing renewal data, identifying key policy insights, generating real-time quotes and preparing renewal communications within the agency management system.

The goal is to allow agencies to manage larger books of business while maintaining consistent engagement with clients.

James Chapman, COO of Ausband Chapman Insurance, said, “Quandri’s the first tool we’ve brought on in a long time that has had this major of an impact for us. We have to get to 100% touch on renewals and Quandri is going to allow us to do that.”

The company said its expanding integration ecosystem is designed to help independent agencies operate more efficiently while improving outcomes for both advisors and their clients.
