InsurTech firm Producerflow has launched Partner Portal, a self-service workspace built to overhaul how insurance carriers work with their distribution partners.
The Producerflow platform is built and operated on behalf of carriers and MGAs, and targets the fragmented workflows that dominate producer licensing and appointment operations. The stakes are real: sluggish appointment processes delay revenue and expose carriers to regulatory risk across all 50 US states.
Partner Portal gives wholesalers, agency networks and other distribution partners real-time visibility into the agencies and producers they share with a carrier. That includes producer onboarding, appointment readiness, compliance status and associated workflows in every state, replacing the status-chasing emails that currently clog licensing teams’ inboxes.

The problem Producerflow is tackling is deceptively simple. Answering them today often requires manual investigation and slow back-and-forth with carrier licensing teams. By centralising this information, Producerflow aims to cut manual work and mitigate regulatory exposure.
At the heart of the offering is a state-level appointment readiness view. Rather than presenting static appointment records, the Producerflow portal delivers a dynamic picture of where each producer stands in every state, covering where they are eligible to sell, where appointments are in progress, where they are fully appointed, where action is required, and where appointments have been terminated.
