Insurity, a cloud software provider for the insurance industry, has joined forces with Insurance Technology Services (ITS) to give insurers additional support as they move from selecting new technology to implementing it.
The partnership brings together Insurity’s insurance software with ITS’s consulting and implementation capabilities. The companies are targeting the execution challenges that can emerge during complex technology transformation programmes.
Insurity customers will be able to access ITS support across several stages of implementation, including advisory services, planning, programme and project management, business analysis, forms design and development, testing, data migration and end-user training.
The companies said the combined offering is intended to help insurers navigate implementation complexity while improving delivery and reducing risk during technology change programmes.
ITS brings more than 35 years of insurance industry experience and has worked with carriers on system implementation projects. Its services are focused on execution and collaboration, with the company highlighting measurable outcomes as part of its approach.
Insurity said its technology is used by 22 of the top 25 P&C carriers and seven of the top 10 MGAs in the US. The company has also completed more than 400 cloud-based deployments. Its offering combines insurance technology, industry expertise and analytics to support areas including core system modernisation, operational efficiency and policyholder experience.
Insurity is a portfolio company of GI Partners and TA Associates, while ITS provides P&C insurance consulting and technology services to organisations across North America.
Insurity AVP, system integrator alliance partnerships Jeff Weiner said, “Modernisation programs succeed when customers have the right combination of technology and execution support. ITS brings decades of meaningful insurance experience, disciplined delivery, and a strong reputation for helping insurers manage complex implementation work. Together, we can help customers reduce risk, accelerate execution, and improve the return on their transformation investments.”
Insurance Technology Services president Chris Belle said, “Insurers need partners that can connect strategic technology decisions with the day-to-day realities of delivery. Working with Insurity allows us to pair a modern insurance platform with consulting, implementation, data migration, testing, and advisory support so customers can move forward with more confidence and create value faster.”
