Allianz Partners, a global leader in insurance and assistance services, has partnered with Mazda Motor Europe, a prominent automobile manufacturer, to extend and consolidate their European Roadside Assistance programme.
This collaboration builds on a 20-year partnership between the two companies, expanding services to new markets including Poland, the Netherlands, and Portugal.
The partnership aims to enhance Mazda’s customer experience by providing harmonised and premium roadside assistance services across Europe.
The initiative includes support during breakdowns or accidents, ensuring customers can continue their journey with minimal disruption.
Allianz Partners specialises in insurance and assistance services, offering solutions that enhance mobility, travel, health, and home. As a recognised leader in the European insurance and assistance market, the company is known for delivering tailored, high-quality services.
Mazda Motor Europe is the European subsidiary of the Japanese automaker Mazda. Known for its innovative vehicle design and engineering, the company emphasises delivering premium customer experiences throughout vehicle ownership.
The Premium Roadside Assistance programme is available to Mazda customers during the first year after purchasing a vehicle and after each annual inspection at an authorised Mazda service centre. Services include roadside repair, towing to Mazda service centres, replacement vehicles, and alternative transportation if necessary.
Additionally, the partnership will soon integrate digital roadside assistance services into the MyMazda app, enabling customers to report incidents, request assistance, and track their cases in real time.
