ManageMy, an InsurTech platform focused on customer and agent engagement for insurers, has launched a new integration with Snowflake aimed at giving carriers direct access to operational data across policy, billing, claims and distribution systems.
The integration allows insurers to connect ManageMy’s platform directly with Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud, giving business and analytics teams self-service access to operational data without relying on IT teams or third-party vendor support.
The firm positions itself as a “deep front-end” platform for insurers, connecting carriers with customers and agents across digital workflows. The company said the Snowflake integration creates a unified front-end and back-end data environment embedded directly within insurer workflows.
The new capability is designed to help carriers improve operational visibility, reduce servicing costs and make faster business decisions by bringing previously disconnected data into a single environment.
Insurers using the platform can now access dashboards covering policies, claims and operational performance in near real time, while data teams can combine ManageMy datasets with internal systems to support AI and machine learning workloads.
Business users are also able to filter and access reporting directly through dashboards without raising support requests, while analysts can query data inside Snowflake without requiring IT involvement.
ManageMy said the integration also supports broader enterprise connectivity, allowing insurers to route data into existing Snowflake environments, SQL databases and business intelligence tools including Tableau, Looker, Power BI and Qlik.
The platform includes role-based security controls and infrastructure-level data masking designed to support compliance and governance requirements around policyholder and claims data.

The Snowflake integration is now available to existing ManageMy customers.
