Engage People has extended its strategic partnership with Medibank, one of Australia’s largest health insurers, to enhance its digital loyalty and rewards offering.
The alliance strengthens Medibank’s Live Better rewards programme, designed to encourage members to adopt and maintain healthier lifestyles.
The collaboration integrates Engage People’s loyalty technology platform, Podium Loyalty, with Medibank’s expertise in healthcare. The combination allows members’ healthy behaviours to be both recognised and rewarded, setting what the companies believe is a new benchmark for engagement in the health and wellbeing sector.

The expanded agreement is intended to give Medibank greater flexibility and agility, enabling the rapid rollout of campaigns, tailored rewards, and updated content.
