Celonis, a global leader in process mining and process intelligence, has unveiled a new AI Agent designed to prevent insurance claim leakage.
This innovation was co-developed with Apolix and is part of a suite of new apps launched in collaboration with the company’s ecosystem partners, according to InsurTech Insights.
The launch addresses the growing need in the insurance sector for tools that minimise claim leakage, improve operational efficiency, and optimise decision-making.
Leakage in insurance claims can lead to significant financial losses, making efficient claims management a critical focus area for the industry.
Celonis is renowned for its process mining and process intelligence solutions, which help businesses identify inefficiencies, remove bottlenecks, and optimise operations.
The company’s proprietary Process Intelligence Graph and digital twin technology allow for the creation of scalable, fast-to-deploy solutions across industries.
The Claims Management Control Center app, powered by Apolix, provides insurance firms with end-to-end visibility into the claims process.
It offers actionable insights to reduce leakage by optimising throughput time, prioritising critical claims, and improving adherence to processes.
The AI Agent is part of a broader initiative by Celonis to expand its use cases beyond its existing solutions. The launch includes three additional apps co-developed with partners:
- Celonis for Software Development Lifecycle Management (powered by Bloomfilter): This app enhances visibility into software development processes, reducing waste, minimising risks, and improving project outcomes.
- Celonis for System Transformation Suite (powered by FITS-P): Designed to streamline SAP S/4HANA migrations, this suite ensures projects remain on schedule and deliver value.
- Celonis for CBAM App (powered by Ventum): This app automates compliance with the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, optimising emissions mapping and certification processes.
Malhar Kamdar, Chief Customer Officer and Head of Ecosystem at Celonis, highlighted the importance of these new apps, stating, “These next-generation apps showcase what’s possible by pairing Celonis’ Process Intelligence Graph and best practices on app-building with the extensive domain knowledge of our ecosystem partners.”
He added, “With Celonis, partners get a unique process digital twin (system-agnostic process data augmented with deep business context) and an integrated toolset to create solutions that optimise processes. With these apps, companies continuously generate substantial business outcomes at speed and scale.”
