Peel Mutual Insurance Company, a member of the Ontario Mutual Insurance Association, has chosen Guidewire Cloud to advance its AI capabilities, streamline core insurance operations and accelerate long-term growth.
The Canadian insurer will deploy Guidewire Cloud across all its lines of business, with implementation support provided by NXT Level Technologies, a Guidewire PartnerConnect Consulting Select member.
The move is intended to significantly expand Peel Mutual’s AI-driven automation capabilities and harness real-time data insights to strengthen the experiences it delivers to policyholders.
The platform provides a suite of proven applications and advanced embedded analytics designed to modernise and reinforce core insurance operations. It is intended to serve as a launchpad through which Peel Mutual can gradually introduce and expand AI capabilities, translating into benefits such as tailored customer experiences, proactive risk management and more efficient claims handling.
Alongside the Guidewire Cloud deployment, Peel Mutual has also adopted Guidewire’s embedded intelligent AI assistant. The built-in tool draws on an insurer’s internal knowledge base, combining it with core system context to deliver insurance-specific answers, suggestions and actions directly within the day-to-day workflows used by insurance professionals.
NXT Level Technologies will support Peel Mutual throughout the implementation process. The firm is a Consulting Select member of Guidewire’s PartnerConnect programme.
