Carpe unveils Carpe Claims suite for agentic insurance era

Carpe, an InsurTech firm that delivers AI-driven intelligence to insurers, has unveiled Carpe Claims, a unified suite combining ten years of claims expertise with a fresh wave of AI-native tools.

The launch, announced from the company’s Santa Barbara base, sees three brand-new products enter the portfolio: Carpe Case Management, Carpe Vision and Carpe AdWatch. These arrive alongside significant new versions of its established flagship offerings, Online Injury Alerts and Investigative Reports.

The full suite is available immediately, with the firm noting its technology is already live with most of the ten biggest property and casualty insurers in the US.

Among the fresh additions, Carpe Case Management offers claims and special investigation unit (SIU) teams a single environment housing every claimant, vehicle, document and piece of open-web intelligence tied to a claim, supported by AI designed to interpret files with the judgement of an experienced adjuster.

Carpe Vision, meanwhile, introduces forensic image capabilities, spanning detection of AI-generated content, manipulation checks and metadata verification for the photos and paperwork that often determine claim outcomes.

The third newcomer, Carpe AdWatch, monitors lawyer advertising and litigation marketing across different markets, helping insurers spot emerging litigation trends affecting their portfolios earlier.

The refreshed flagship products have been redesigned around changing carrier consumption habits. Both now offer fully headless operation, built-in Model Context Protocol (MCP) support and complete agentic interactivity, meaning an insurer’s own AI systems can commission investigations, track claimants, interrogate results and distribute findings without human involvement. These same features underpin Minerva, Carpe’s commercial underwriting product, providing a single intelligence layer across the entire policy lifecycle.

The company also highlighted its distinctive delivery model, with a forward deployed team embedded within carrier claims organisations to integrate its products into live workflows, whether used by adjusters, SIU investigators or carrier-built AI agents.

Carpe CEO Max Drucker said, “We spent ten years building the deepest view of claims activity on the open web. Now we’ve given it hands.

“Carpe Claims is the result of a decade of data teaming up with AI that can actually do the work to monitor, investigate, verify, and act inside the systems carriers run today. Our customers are already operating in the agentic era most are still preparing for.”
