Acrisure, the global FinTech group spanning insurance, reinsurance, payroll, benefits, cybersecurity and real estate services across 19 countries, has launched Auris AI, an applied artificial intelligence platform developed with Palantir Technologies to bring together data, workflows and decision-making across its business.
Auris AI is built using Palantir’s Ontology framework to connect client records, carrier relationships, contracts and operational data within a single environment. Permissions and controls govern access to the information, while giving teams a shared view of client intelligence, growth opportunities, risk insights, placement activity and service requirements.
Acrisure said the platform is designed to address the fragmented systems and siloed data that have long shaped insurance operations. By connecting information and workflows across the business, Auris AI is intended to help insurance professionals surface opportunities, coordinate tasks and respond to client needs without switching between disconnected systems.
The platform was unveiled around Palantir’s AIPCon 11 conference, where Acrisure’s technology leadership showcased Auris AI as an application of Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform to the operational complexity of insurance.
Rather than positioning the technology as a standalone AI tool, Acrisure said Auris AI is designed to work across existing business processes while keeping human expertise at the centre of decisions. The company plans to expand the platform’s capabilities and its use across interactions with clients, carriers and other partners.
The partnership with Palantir will also continue across areas including responsible AI deployment, data governance and enterprise-wide controls, as Acrisure looks to build the platform into a broader layer connecting its people, data and digital infrastructure.
