Ushur, a leader in customer experience automation for regulated industries, has announced the appointment of Deepak Vedarthan as senior vice president of customer success.
In his new role, Vedarthan will oversee all post-sales customer functions, including onboarding, implementation, professional and managed services, customer success management, customer operations, and customer support.
Ushur specialises in customer experience automation, leveraging AI-driven solutions to help enterprises transform customer interactions.
The company’s platform enables businesses in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, and financial services to automate complex processes, enhance engagement, and improve customer satisfaction.
Vedarthan brings over 22 years of experience in digital transformation, intelligent automation, business process management, and workflow optimisation.
Before joining Ushur, he served as global vice president of professional services at GRM and VisualVault, where he led key initiatives that improved operational excellence, expanded market reach, and opened new verticals.
Prior to that, he spent 17 years at Pegasystems, where he led cross-functional teams in delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises.
Vedarthan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, an MBA, and executive certifications from Cornell, Harvard, and Stanford. He also completed the prestigious LEAD Executive Leadership Program at Stanford as a distinguished scholar.
With his extensive leadership experience, Vedarthan is expected to play a critical role in shaping Ushur’s customer success strategy. His expertise in automation and workflow optimisation will help drive greater value for Ushur’s clients.
